PT. NAGA MAS BALI (”NMB”) was established through Deed of Company Establishment No. 12 on August 2, 2013, executed before Notary Raden Mas Soediarto Soenarto, S.H., Sp.N., in Central Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

NMB is an independent, Indonesian-owned Limited Liability Company ("Perseroan Terbatas"), established in 2013. The company has grown into a supplier, contractor, culinary, and trading enterprise in Indonesia.

We are dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of supplier, contractor, and trading services to meet the demands of both State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and Private Companies.

Our Transformation Journey

Following a General Meeting of Shareholders (“Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham”), the company underwent amendments as stated in Deed of Amendment No. 02 on December 20, 2023, executed before Notary Cindy Citra Agnesyah, S.H., M.Kn., in Bandung Regency, West Java, Indonesia, which was further reaffirmed through Deed of Confirmation No. 01 on March 5, 2024.
